Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the core infrastructure for next-generation autonomous AI agents (2026 roadmap).
- Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) with real-time decision-making systems.
- Optimize deep learning models for edge computing and low-latency environments.
- Define and enforce rigorous data governance and AI safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into commercial applications.
- Drive technical strategy for the transition to energy-efficient computing paradigms.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, Reinforcement Learning, and NLP.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
