Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the architectural vision for 2026, defining the tech stack and infrastructure required to support next-generation AI applications.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable distributed systems, focusing on high availability, security, and performance.
- Model Optimization: Collaborate with data scientists to deploy and optimize machine learning models for real-time inference and edge computing.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor junior and senior engineers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, stakeholders, and design teams to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- R&D Integration: Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to ensure Apex Future Systems remains at the cutting edge of the AI revolution.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI architecture and machine learning systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term technical trends and their business impact.
