Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning pipelines for 2026 workloads.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-gen LLM fine-tuning strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into core products.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and transparency.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Experience with MLOps, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
