Responsibilities
- Design and implement Autonomous AI Agents capable of multi-step reasoning and independent decision-making.
- Lead the architecture of scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to minimize hallucinations and enhance accuracy.
- Oversee the full Machine Learning lifecycle, from synthetic data generation to model fine-tuning and deployment.
- Establish rigorous Model Governance frameworks to ensure safety, fairness, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering and Deep Learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern GPU acceleration frameworks.
- Proven experience building and optimizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing, Kubernetes, and cloud-native MLOps infrastructure.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and semantic search technologies.
