Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the architectural design of Neural Interface (Neuralink-style) integration systems.
- Collaborate with quantum computing specialists to optimize algorithms for hybrid classical-quantum environments.
- Oversee the deployment of autonomous agents in high-stakes environments (e.g., logistics, healthcare).
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Conduct research into emergent AI behaviors and safety protocols.
- Drive the migration of legacy systems to next-gen edge computing architectures.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML systems architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Cirq, Qiskit) or a strong interest in transitioning to this field.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams in agile environments.
- Strong understanding of data privacy, ethics, and AI governance regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
