Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable, multi-agent AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making for complex enterprise challenges.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead R&D initiatives into emerging AI paradigms, including Agentic workflows and reinforcement learning, tailored for the 2026 tech landscape.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure high performance, low latency, and ethical compliance.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Implementation: Translate abstract AI concepts into robust, production-ready software solutions that drive measurable business value.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, or a related technical field, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps pipelines.
- AI Specialization: Proven track record working with LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems using advanced algorithmic approaches.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
