Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and deploy scalable machine learning infrastructure tailored for future-proof applications and high-volume data processing.
- Research Leadership: Lead research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs), Vector Databases, and Computer Vision to stay ahead of the 2026 technology curve.
- Model Optimization: Optimize model performance for latency, accuracy, and cost-efficiency across cloud and edge environments.
- Production Deployment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical research into production-ready products and APIs.
- Ethics & Safety: Establish and enforce best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (equivalent experience accepted).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in building and deploying production-level AI systems.
- Technical Stack: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of LLMs, fine-tuning, RAG architectures, and NLP.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a track record of leading technical teams.
