Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technical vision for AI infrastructure, anticipating trends in AGI, neural networks, and automated decision-making.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable cloud-native architectures that integrate seamlessly with emerging quantum computing protocols.
- Bridge the Gap: Translate complex research findings into actionable engineering requirements for the development team.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Implement governance frameworks and bias mitigation strategies to ensure responsible AI deployment.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed systems. Experience with cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Kubernetes.
