Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance neural architectures capable of handling 2026-scale data volumes and complexity.
- Lead Agentic AI Development: Spearhead the research and implementation of autonomous agent workflows, multi-agent collaboration systems, and self-improving algorithms.
- Neuromorphic Engineering: Explore and integrate brain-inspired computing models to optimize energy efficiency and cognitive processing speed.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency in automated decision-making processes.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define the technical roadmap for emerging technologies like Synthetic Data and Quantum Machine Learning.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern Deep Learning frameworks.
- Specialized Knowledge: Proven track record in designing Generative AI models, LLMs, or Agentic AI systems.
- Infrastructure: Strong experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure) and high-performance computing clusters.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
