Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable AI architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data and real-time inference demands.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging AI paradigms, specifically focusing on agentic workflows and autonomous agents for 2026.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning, deployment, and optimization of large foundation models to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration across all product verticals, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior architects and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture and deployment.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus).
- AI Mastery: Proven track record working with Generative AI, LLMs (GPT, Llama, Claude), and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Cloud Native: Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
