Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for high-volume production environments.
- Lead the technical strategy for machine learning model deployment and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Research emerging technologies and methodologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI development.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and ethical AI compliance in all system designs.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI/ML systems.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and model versioning.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from concept to deployment.
