Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale Generative AI and Machine Learning systems tailored for the 2026 technology stack.
- Define and enforce best practices for data privacy, security, and model deployment in cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and frontend engineers to integrate AI models into consumer products.
- Optimize existing neural networks for latency, throughput, and memory efficiency.
- Conduct code reviews and technical mentoring to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including Quantum Computing and Neuromorphic engineering, to advise leadership on future roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable AI models to production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
