Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure for real-time generative applications.
- Lead the architecture of LLM fine-tuning pipelines and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
- Optimize model inference performance for edge devices and cloud deployment.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product designers and software engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and neural network optimization.
- Experience deploying machine learning models in production environments (MLOps).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
