Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance neural architectures capable of processing multimodal data streams in real-time.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI infrastructure, from model training and fine-tuning to deployment in production environments.
- Develop strategies for data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance in a decentralized web ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to define the 2026 product roadmap.
- Optimize computational efficiency and reduce latency in distributed AI systems.
- Lead the integration of quantum-ready algorithms into existing cloud infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern neural network frameworks.
- Proven experience designing scalable systems using Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), transformers, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems theory and cloud-native architecture.
