Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Research & Development: Spearhead research initiatives in Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Transformer models to enhance predictive capabilities.
- Quantum Integration: Collaborate with quantum computing teams to hybridize classical machine learning models with quantum algorithms.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of model inference and training on specialized hardware (TPUs, GPUs, FPGAs).
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce rigorous ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of elite data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on machine learning and deep learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and CUDA; experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision applications.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking, communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
