Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable AI/ML systems focused on the 2026 product roadmap.
- Research and implement cutting-edge Generative AI models (LLMs, Transformers) to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists in best practices for MLOps, model training, and deployment.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and accuracy in high-traffic environments.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model monitoring, and security.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on Python and deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and vector databases is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
