Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and distributed systems.
- Lead research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face libraries.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures and neural network optimization.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI products.
