Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for enterprise use cases.
- Design and implement MLOps pipelines to automate model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into core product ecosystems.
- Establish rigorous standards for AI safety, bias mitigation, and explainability.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers in advanced deep learning architectures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
