Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the design of next-generation AI infrastructure tailored for the 2026 era, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.
- Define the technical vision for our AI strategy, translating business requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
- Lead a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimize existing ML models and pipelines to achieve sub-millisecond latency and reduced computational costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and UX design, to integrate AI seamlessly into user experiences.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies such as federated learning and transformer architectures.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct technical code reviews to ensure best practices in software engineering.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven experience deploying and managing large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding technical strategy and mentoring engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
