Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of next-generation AI models, specifically targeting 2026 market trends in Generative AI and Agentic workflows.
- Define technical roadmaps and architectural strategies for large-scale machine learning systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Optimize existing neural networks for speed, accuracy, and efficiency in production environments.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing emerging technologies and frameworks.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in AI/ML.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable AI models to production.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
