Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and AI infrastructures tailored for the 2026 technology ecosystem.
- Lead Strategic Roadmaps: Define the technical vision and roadmap for AI integration, anticipating trends in generative models and autonomous agents.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a high-performing engineering team in advanced algorithmic design, code reviews, and architectural decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Innovation & Research: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, ensuring our solutions remain at the cutting edge of the industry.
- System Optimization: Ensure high availability, security, and performance of all AI-driven products.
- Compliance & Ethics: Oversee the implementation of ethical AI guidelines and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience architecting solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP (Kubernetes, Docker, Serverless).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams and manage complex technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Education: BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: A track record of solving high-scale, distributed system challenges.
