Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling high-throughput data streams for 2026-scale applications.
- Model Development: Lead the research and deployment of advanced Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) applications, focusing on prompt engineering and fine-tuning.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the AI division.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Translate business goals into technical strategies, ensuring our AI capabilities remain ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Experience with LangChain and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning. Experience deploying models via Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems using data-driven methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
