Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end AI pipelines for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel deep learning algorithms.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce resource consumption on edge devices.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate technical requirements into actionable roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices are integrated into the architecture.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or software development.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs and NLP solutions in production environments.
- Experience with MLOps, model versioning, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
