Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance AI architectures.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms tailored for 2026 enterprise needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product) to integrate AI solutions into production.
- Oversee the entire ML lifecycle, from data ingestion and model training to deployment and monitoring.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI code quality and scalability.
- Present technical strategies to stakeholders and drive decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
