Your Mission

Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 Strategic AI Roadmap, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- Develop and optimize deep learning models and machine learning pipelines for high-velocity environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Product, and Engineering to drive innovation.
- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security across all AI deployments.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and CI/CD in AI workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Edge AI) to prepare for the 2026 transition.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven experience designing systems that handle terabytes of data with low latency.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing high-performance engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
