Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for the company's 2026 AI infrastructure roadmap.
- Design scalable, high-performance machine learning systems and neural architectures.
- Lead a team of elite data scientists and engineers in deploying cutting-edge LLMs and reinforcement learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical specifications.
- Optimize existing models for reduced latency and increased accuracy in real-time environments.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI implementation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Deep experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and vector databases.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices.
