Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable, quantum-ready neural network architectures for our core product suite.
- Research & Development: Lead R&D initiatives in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and autonomous agents.
- System Integration: Integrate AI models into legacy and modern cloud infrastructure using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize model latency and throughput for real-time decision-making applications.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements for the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Specialized Knowledge: Strong understanding of Quantum Computing principles and edge AI deployment.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
