Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to create a 3-year strategic vision for AI integration, focusing on autonomous agents and predictive analytics.
- Design Scalable Architectures: Build robust, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling millions of concurrent AI inference requests.
- Optimize LLM Performance: Implement advanced fine-tuning and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) strategies to maximize model accuracy and reduce latency.
- Lead Ethical AI Implementation: Establish frameworks for bias mitigation, data privacy, and algorithmic transparency in line with upcoming regulations.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and AI systems architecture.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure) is mandatory.
- AI Mastery: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and prompt engineering methodologies.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into business value and strategic roadmaps.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
