Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 product release cycle.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant architecture for high-volume AI inference pipelines.
- Lead architectural reviews and decision-making for complex, cross-functional projects.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate strategic business goals into technical specifications.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and ethical AI implementation standards.
- Drive the adoption of modern DevOps practices and MLOps workflows.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams to delivery.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, and vector databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level stakeholder management.
