Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning infrastructure designed to handle exabyte-scale data loads by 2026.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical vision and strategic direction for AI initiatives, aligning product goals with long-term research trends.
- Model Optimization: Lead the optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) for latency reduction, cost efficiency, and enhanced reasoning capabilities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex research into deployable solutions.
- Security & Ethics: Establish best practices for AI safety, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance in all architectural decisions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture and deployment.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Specialized Knowledge: Proven track record in designing systems for Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, or Multi-Agent systems.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers and lead high-performance engineering teams.
