Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI initiatives targeting the 2026 market landscape.
- Architect and implement large-scale machine learning models and neural networks.
- Lead a team of brilliant engineers in the research and development of next-gen algorithms.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) and integrate them into our core stack.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance optimization.
- Present technical strategies and roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) at scale.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire high-performance teams.
