Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Vision: Define and execute the technical strategy for integrating Generative AI and Autonomous Agents into our core product suite.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design robust, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing in real-time.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for executive stakeholders and product managers.
- R&D Leadership: Evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum computing, Edge AI) and drive PoCs to determine feasibility for 2026 deployment.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI models adhere to strict data privacy regulations and industry security standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
