- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning for our AI infrastructure, ensuring we are prepared for the demands of the 2026 digital era.

- Code Review & Mentorship: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers, conducting rigorous code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ Years of Experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architect or engineering leadership role.
- Expertise in Python and ML Frameworks: Deep proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience architecting systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP with a focus on serverless and containerized environments.
