You will be responsible for defining the technical vision, designing scalable systems, and integrating cutting-edge AI models into our core infrastructure.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade engineering, ensuring our solutions are robust, secure, and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the company's 2026 AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI into enterprise applications.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and ethical AI usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and engineering leads.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on complex system architectures.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering and AI architecture.
- Proven expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Strong background in designing microservices and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
