Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for our core product suite, focusing on 2026-era capabilities.
- Model Strategy: Lead the evaluation and deployment of LLMs, optimizing for latency, cost, and hallucination reduction.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of brilliant ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Product Integration: Collaborate closely with product managers to translate complex AI concepts into robust, user-facing features.
- R&D: Explore emerging paradigms such as Multimodal AI and Autonomous Agents to stay ahead of the curve.
- System Optimization: Oversee the MLOps pipeline, ensuring model retraining and deployment cycles are efficient and reliable.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar orchestration frameworks.
- System Design: Demonstrated ability to design fault-tolerant, distributed systems handling high-throughput data streams.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience deploying AI workloads on AWS, GCP, or Azure (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI).
