As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production deployment, ensuring our AI solutions are robust, efficient, and ethical.
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable AI infrastructure capable of supporting high-throughput, low-latency workloads.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel neural network architectures and optimization techniques.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate the 2026 product vision into technical specifications.
- Oversee the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion to model serving.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model monitoring, and reliability engineering.
- Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists to foster technical growth.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience deploying production-grade LLMs and transformer models.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
