Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and data architectures capable of supporting the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into emerging AI paradigms, including generative models and reinforcement learning, ensuring Aether Dynamics remains at the cutting edge.
- System Optimization: Oversee the performance tuning and optimization of large-scale models to ensure low-latency, high-availability deployments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.

- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Architecture Skills: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered technical issues.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
