The Role:
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and practical engineering solutions. You will define the architectural standards for our 2026 product suite, ensuring our systems are robust, secure, and scalable for massive global adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of large-scale AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines for the 2026 roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements and system specifications.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency in cloud-native environments (AWS/GCP).
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment of AI workloads.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architecture assessments to mitigate technical debt.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale production systems.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI models.
