Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready Solutions: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of handling complex, real-time data streams.
- Lead Model Strategy: Oversee the research and development of proprietary machine learning models, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish and enforce best practices for responsible AI, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering leads to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model performance, reducing latency and computational costs.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot system bottlenecks and innovate under pressure.
