Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical vision and architecture for our upcoming AI products, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Advanced Model Development: Design and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and neural networks to solve complex business problems.
- System Architecture: Oversee the design of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) to support high-volume data processing.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Guide a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance and system latency.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud platforms (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering large-scale projects on time.
- Innovation: Deep understanding of current AI trends (LLMs, RAG, NLP) and a passion for exploring future technologies.
