Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural network architectures for the 2026 product suite.
- Lead the research and development of generative AI and reinforcement learning algorithms.
- Optimize deep learning models for real-time inference and edge computing environments.
- Establish MLOps best practices and robust data governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, quantum computing, and data science.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering or AI Research.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and GPU acceleration.
- Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
