Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Vision: Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI infrastructure supporting our 2026 product roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Optimize large language models (LLMs) and neural networks for low-latency, high-throughput inference environments.
- System Design: Design cloud-native microservices architecture capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI deployments adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to debug complex distributed systems and optimize resource allocation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical presentations.
