Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for our AI infrastructure, specifically focusing on readiness and scalability for the year 2026 and beyond.
- System Architecture Design: Design robust, fault-tolerant architectures for machine learning pipelines, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Model Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize large-scale neural networks and LLMs for deployment in real-world, high-volume applications.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Evaluate and prototype emerging AI technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum AI interfaces) to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into clear business value for stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a lead architecture role within AI/ML.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and high-performance computing environments.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges in high-pressure environments.
