Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable AI systems capable of handling 2026-scale data volumes.

- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define and enforce best practices for data security, privacy, and ethical AI usage.
- Drive the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-native microservices architectures.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies to determine their viability for 2026 product roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI or Machine Learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on performance optimization and scalability.
- Experience leading teams through the full software development lifecycle in a fast-paced startup environment.
