We are looking for a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our core research division. You will be responsible for architecting the neural frameworks and autonomous systems that will define the next era of human-machine interaction.

Responsibilities
- Architect Advanced AI Frameworks: Design and implement scalable neural networks capable of autonomous decision-making and predictive modeling for 2026 operational requirements.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into quantum-ready algorithms and edge computing technologies to ensure our systems remain ahead of the curve.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of disparate data streams into a unified, high-performance cognitive architecture.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for the '2026 Initiative,' ensuring all deliverables meet rigorous security and ethical standards.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in AI development, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems. Experience with quantum computing libraries is a plus.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of translating complex future trends into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
