Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models that support the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead the design of our neural network infrastructure and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, fairness, and transparency in model deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists on advanced architecture patterns.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends to integrate cutting-edge technologies into our stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership/architect role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI systems.
