Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale AI models and neural networks for the 2026 Initiative.
- Oversee the full machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, validation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance optimization in cloud environments.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching and integrating emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, GANs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
