Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI systems aligned with the 2026 roadmap.
- Develop and optimize large language models (LLMs) for high-performance inference and real-time applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate cutting-edge research into production environments.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical AI compliance across all deployments.
- Drive technical decision-making regarding cloud infrastructure, MLOps, and edge computing.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies and AI paradigms.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face ecosystems.
- Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven experience with MLOps tools and productionizing machine learning models.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for future-forward technologies.
- Experience with semantic search, vector databases, and RAG architectures.
