Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI systems and infrastructure to support the 2026 Initiative roadmap.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge Deep Learning and Neural Network models.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI model deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Security) to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure the ethical and responsible deployment of AI technologies.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience in designing distributed systems and large-scale machine learning pipelines.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
