Responsibilities

- Team Mentorship: Guide a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- System Optimization: Analyze current systems to identify bottlenecks and implement cutting-edge solutions for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior architecture or leadership role.
- Core Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, and modern AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical problems with innovative, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
